What is C++ programming?

and what 1-Net+ certification and A++ certification?

and cisco?

oh and this is sorta off topic but i want to be a computer scientist when i grow up. so i basically want to know everything about them. how they are made, how they work, what they do, and i want to design computer hardware, software, web page design, animation and a bunch of other stuff.

so how much years of college and what college courses should i take in order to learn information about computers? are the certification i listed above have anything to fo with computer science and technology?

What is C++ programming?
C++ programming is a computer language that you can learn to write what is known as "source code" that is executed to make an executable file known as an "exe" file. A program that can run on your computer. I have added a link below to show you how to get started with this language.

Now another question.... each company in the computer industry can have their own test. The test is to see if you know all their company's products enough to become a professional in it. These are known as certifications. There are different types of certifications you can get. Some are in software, some are in hardware (like A+) and some are both hardware and software of a particular company like (MSCE) which is for "Microsoft Certified Engineer" and is seen as a Microsoft professional in Microsoft systems like Windows.

The best way to get all the information about this industry is to first go to your local bookstore and go to the computer section. Then talk to the people that work in that area (not just anybody at the store, the one that knows all about computers).

Ask them for beginner books on programming. Take a book like "C++ programming for beginners" or "visual basic for beginners"

Focus on programming first. Then do a beginner book on computer hardware. I always recommend doing a hardware book even if you are not very interested in that because it helps develop better software.

Once you know some programming and you have practiced A LOT you can get into the other areas like web design, animation and other stuff.

Lastly, if you ever have any questions, ask them on Yahoo Answers, in newsgroups, and programming forums online. I always recommend multiple sources of places to ask because some are better than others.

Using books, questioning online, even taking a few classes and passing a few certification tests you can become that awesome computer scientist like me.

Hope this is what you were looking for! Again, I have added a few links to help get you started in this area. Enjoy!
Reply:Let me explain about A++. A+ is a certificate issued by an Organization called Comptia and any one who gets A+ is able to repair the computer. You typed " Net+". It must be Network+ which is the certificate on networking to create computer networking, like linking more than two computers with cables. Your dad or mum if takes out £20 or $20 form a cash machine in one part of city, the record goes to all the cash machines to all over the places becasue the cash machines are linked or networked. In the back of each cash machine is a computer which does all the things.

C++ is about programing : Programing is an example of software.

Hardware is touchable parts of a computer and software is that part which can not be touched. Both hardware and software are required for a computer system.

A+ : it is a computer hardware course. You can study yourself or you can study in a college but the exam is conducted worldwide by Comptia and the certificate obviously comes from the Microsoft. Course duration or time to prepare exam is 1 year.

Network+ : it is the networking course. Networking means connecting 2 or 2000 computers together with cable or wirelessly. Normally takes a year.

C++ : it is programming course. It is about developing the programs that functions or does a particular job in a computer. Normally takes 6 months to 1/2 year. Depends on how much deeper you want to go.

CISCO is an independent body that also runs varous networking courses and give certificate on them. CISCO also manufactures the networking hardware.

The certification you mentioned are certainly very helpful for a computer professional.

Good luch in your computer field.
