FOB and C%26amp;F are pricing terms. If price term is FOB importer will bear the freight cost. In C%26amp;F pricing you will have to bear the freight cost. These terms also refer to the point sales will be effected.

FCL is a shipping mode. It means the container you have hired is fully yours and contain only your goods or produce. You can also ship LCL basis if the consignment is small.

Packing list means a summarisation of your export consignment in paper form with details such as description of goods, quanity of the goods, number of packages or bales, net weight, gross weight, cubic measure and so on. You can collect a packing list for agricultural goods to get a clear picture. I think an export clerk or officer can do everything for you.

Agricultural goods or produces have tighter control measure as they travel from one country to another. Phytosanitary certificate and Fumigation certificate from competent authorities or organisations help ensure that.

Phystosanitary certificate will certify that the goods are free of harmful organisms such as pests and diseases.

Fumigation certificate will certify that you have taken necessary damage control measures against losses during post-harvest storage and transport.

You can contact SGS for the Fumigation certificate.
