Green card for EB-2?

I work for a big corporate, and my labor certification is in process. I saw the wait time for my origin is 'C' (Current) - ie I dont have to wait to apply I-485. How long does it take (fastest, average) for me to get green card? (get my labor certification, get my I-485)

If your priority date is current accordingly to the Visa Bulletin, then it could take up to one year (depending on where in the USA you reside and how fast your security clearances will clear).

You shouldn't be able to "hurry" the process along - even if you're a star athlete competing on behalf of the U.S. for the Olympics.
