CDL Question: Should the floor liner required for division 1.1 or 1.2 (Explosives A) be stainless steel?
Floor liners for explosives are required to be non-metallic or non-ferrous. Steel, even stainless is a ferrous metal.
Shippers certification must (by definition) be signed by the shipper.
